Contracted service provider

An individual or entity that is compensated by the agency to perform service in the form of purchased transportationThe act of moving goods or people.. The service provider may supply one or a combination of vehicle operators, vehicles, vehicle maintenance and mechanics, call center staffing, software and reporting, and other functions of day-to-day operations.
